Sadly, educators today find themselves overwhelmed with responsibilities and underwhelmed by the lack of resources, professional support, and autonomy to be the teacher they set out to be.

We provide educators - administrators, teachers, associate teachers, and aides - with the professional development and ongoing support they need through conferences, workshops, academies of study, and one-on-one consultation. We shine a light on passion, motivation, and engagement. We emphasize the 4 Cs - Creativity, Collaboration, Communication, and Critical Thinking and add a 5th and 6th - Compassion and Community.

Karen Giuffre’, M.Ed., and her team have developed educational programs that enhance outcomes for school districts, schools, and, most significantly, students. Our mission is to bridge the education gap and provide students with tools of empowerment to become global citizens.
